We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive primary school team in Worthing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about helping children succeed and thrive in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the class teacher to support children's learning and development
Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with diverse learning needs
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assist with classroom activities, ensuring children stay engaged and focused
Support children with their social, emotional, and behavioral development
Foster an environment of encouragement, where children feel confident and valued

Experience, Training and Qualifications

GCSE's or equivalent
Minimum 1 year working with children
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

Eligibility

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
