Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised and group support to students with mental health needs.
• Develop and implement personalised support plans to enhance students' emotional and mental well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where students feel valued and supported.
• Assist in delivering therapeutic activities and interventions tailored to each student's needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a mental health support role, ideally within an educational setting.
• Understanding of various mental health conditions and effective interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support the well-being of children.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in mental health support or related fields are desirable.
