About the Role: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Support Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working within our fast paced sales support team, while working towards a nationally recognised Digital Marketing qualification. 

What You'll Be Doing: 

Marketing & Social Media 

Scheduling social media posts and engaging with online communities 
Editing and creating videos for marketing campaigns 
Designing graphics and promotional materials (Canva training provided) 
Assisting with video filming for marketing purposes 
Conducting competitor and market research 
Supporting internal marketing initiatives, including displays, incentives, and trackers 
Assisting with marketing activities for company events 
Sales Support 

Assisting with rota management and scheduling 
Supporting 'Flexible Meeting' bookings with quotes, invoicing, and event hosting 
Assisting with ordering of office supplies and stationery 
Assisting with telephone calls and call reporting 
Organising shopping lists and company purchases 
Managing birthday & occasion planning (gifts, celebrations, etc.) 
Tracking and organising long service awards 
Posting job advertisements  
Assisting with new starter setup (photos, email signatures, LinkedIn banners, etc.)
