A leading international insurer is seeking an Operations Resiliency Analyst to drive capabilities, processes, behaviours and systems, ensuring robustness and resilience in the face of disruptions.Your new roleAs the Operations Resiliency Analyst, you will collaborate and coordinate with global Business Resilience activities, manage compliance of organisational resiliency, and deliver new controls and procedures in response to changes in regulation/legislation, feedback from the business, operational risk and technology changes.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with peers, management and subordinates.
