About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a Service Desk Co-Ordinator to join our customer who are a leading business within the tech space . This is a customer-facing role where you'll handle client communications through email and our portal (no cold calling involved!). You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service and ensuring our clients have the support they need.

This position offers a temp-to-perm pathway, giving you the chance to showcase your skills and grow with the company.
