TeamJobs are looking for an additional Machine Operator/Team Leader to join our client, a well-established local company based in Alton that invests time and training in their employees.

Responsibilities as a Machine Operative:

• Operating production machinery, ensuring machine running effectively and safely
• Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are being adhered all the time
• Reporting any issues
• Quality checking products
• Reporting any out of spec products, machinery issues
• Team Work to make sure all production running smoothly
• Supervising agency staff on site

What you will need to be successful:

• Previous manufacturing experience/ team leading experience
• Excellent attend to detail

Hours as a Machine Operative:

• 6:00 -15:00 Monday to Friday
• Temporary to Permanent contract
• Pay rate starting from £12.60ph+ depending on experience. Overtime paid at an enhanced rate
• Temp to perm contract after 12 weeks
