Role Overview:
As a Payroll Advisor, reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintaining employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data is always up-to-date.
- Handling data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
- Analysing payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues swiftly.
- Collaborating with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Providing assistance with accounts payable functions when required.
- Generating payroll reports for management review.
- Offering support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
