Role Overview:

As a Payroll Advisor, reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data is always up-to-date.
  • Handling data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
  • Analysing payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Collaborating with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Providing assistance with accounts payable functions when required.
  • Generating payroll reports for management review.
  • Offering support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
