We are seeking a part-time finance administrator to support our client's growing accounts team.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks, making this role ideal for someone with experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

Supporting with the sales & purchase ledger
Entering invoice information
Supporting with credit control administration
Handling reconciliations and resolving invoice discrepancies
Managing the accounts mailbox and handling any account related phone calls and enquiries
Any other ad hoc responsibilities to support the wider team

What we are looking for:

Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Excellent attention to detail
Solid organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
Confident IT user

Title: Part Time Finance Administrator

Salary: £13 - £14/hour

Contract: Permanent, Part-time

Hours: 30 hours per week, ideally 10am to 4pm but can offer flexibility around school hours

Location: Arborfield

You will need to have access to a vehicle to get to the offices, they are not accessible via public transport
