Duties and responsibilities

Internal

● Responsible for establishing relationships across the business units to support new and existing tender opportunities.

● Key responsibility to work collaboratively with immediate team and wider department team members.

● Key responsibility to develop progressive rapport with BD, operations, technical, subject matter experts and contract managers to inform of opportunities and escalate concerns.

● Responsible for sharing customer feedback so that all areas of the business can learn and improve.

External

● Responsible for ensuring proposals are presented to the customer, in the customers language and demonstrate customer benefit, value and differentiators/discriminators.

● Responsible for ensuring all assumptions, caveats and clarification requests are clearly communicated with the customer.

● Responsible for attending client debrief sessions to learn from feedback where requested

EXPERIENCE

Essential:

● Understanding of work winning procedures and processes.

● Ability to support the creation of full proposal solutions, coordinating with other contributors.

● Strong written English language skills.

● Prior experience with managing complex high value tenders/proposals

Desirable:

● Experience of working on proposals /tenders within the decommissioning, industrial or construction sectors

● Experience working with graphic design packages is an advantage

● Working knowledge of Google systems, and Sales Force CRM

Hybrid working pattern could be considered, but 1st month is office based for training
