Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a well-known housing organisation in the West Midlands on their search for a new Strategic HR Business Partner to join the team on a Full time and Permanent basis!

This role will report into the Senior HR Business Partner, and will be a true strategic position operating at a high level and having a seat at the table with directors. This role will work in partnership with and help the Senior Leadership team and Senior Managers to build organisational and people capability through effective Strategic Workforce Planning and define and deliver the people elements of their strategies and business plans in a designated area of the business.

Full time - 35 hours per week

Homebased role - with travel required

Salary: £46,000 - £51,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Senior HR Business Partner on strategic workforce planning initiatives which enable the Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team, and Senior Managers to identify workforce priorities, forecast talent needs and develop strategies to address potential gaps to ensure a resilient workforce.
  • Provide proactive, creative, and innovative strategic support to the Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team and Senior Managers with organisational design, including restructuring, role definition and benchmarking in line with Group design principals.
  • Work with the business to identify areas for change, helping to define business rationale and providing advice and support through the change process as part of organisational transformation and change projects.
  • Understand the people challenges across the Group and support the Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team and Senior Managers in implementing commercially focused solutions that drive performance, value for money and employee engagement.
  • Proactively analyse data to identify trends, offer solutions and support the business in decision making.
  • Support the HR Director, Head of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner in the delivery of the HR Strategy and the wider People Strategy.
  • Support the development of an organisational culture that enables the successful achievement of the aims and objectives of the Strategic Plan.
  • Lead, deliver or contribute to programmes and projects within the Group leading on the people aspects.
  • Build leadership and management capability through the provision of quality advice, coaching and positive challenge.
