Summary:167 Solutions Ltd is seeking a Business Process Analyst for our client to map and document current business processes. Through collaboration with employees across departments, you’ll create clear, standardized maps that capture tasks, workflows, and decision points as they are currently performed, forming a solid basis for future improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and document all activities (routine, ad hoc, manual, automated) to build a comprehensive "current state" of operations.
• Consult with stakeholders to identify potential "future-state" processes, ensuring alignment with:
  • User requirements
  • Legal and industry standards
  • Best practices for efficiency, automation, and resilience

Applications of Future-State Maps:The mapped processes will aid in:

• Developing new ERPworkflows
• Guiding training and change management efforts
• Supporting ongoing business improvements
