Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and skilled Engineering Instructor/Teacher to join our team starting in September. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering education that prepares students for successful careers in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive engineering lessons to students.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Utilise our industry-leading equipment to provide practical learning experiences.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Support students in their practical and theoretical learning, ensuring a thorough understanding of engineering principles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the engineering curriculum.

Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (for paid to scale position) or relevant industry experience (for instructor position).
