About the Role:

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and maintaining the high academic standards our school is known for. You will design and implement engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our Year 4 students, fostering a love for learning and supporting their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective Year 4 lessons
• Planning and preparing dynamic and interactive lessons
• Assessing and monitoring student progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student achievement
• Participating in school events and extracurricular activities

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
