•Responsible for weekly/monthly billing and credit notes;
•Manage cash collections
•Work closely with the sales team and Accounts Managers to resolve invoice rate errors and queries;
•Maintain and reconcile the Sales Ledger;
•Communicate and resolve any invoice queries;
•Review & approve credit applications;
•Prepare the monthly client statements.Desired Experience:
•Experience using Sage 200, advance excel )
•Time management and prioritising
•Excellent communication and written skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Presentable, articulate, professional and flexible
•Positive attitude to work
•The ability to present accurate information to the Directors
