Role: Caretaker

Location: Rochdale

Qualiteach is looking for an experienced and skilled caretaker to work at a local secondary school in the Rochdale area. This role is due to begin on 23/09/2024 and is offered on a full-time, ongoing basis.

The school are looking for someone who has previously worked as a caretaker/ site manager.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a caretaker/ site manager

* Previous experience working in an education setting preferred

* Carrying out general maintenance tasks

* Opening and closing the school

* Being responsible for security

* Key-holder

* Liaising with various 3rd parties

* Responsible for all aspects of health & safety

* Taking deliveries for the school

* Assisting with setting up facilities

* Right to work in the UK

* Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
