Accelerate Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are the largest express transportation company in the UK, for an Operations Support Agent to join their growing team in Snetterton.

This role will be suited for someone who is confident with speaking on the phone as this will requiring answering incoming calls from customers to do with collections and deliveries of goods.

Also you will be required to have a good understanding of computer operations as you will need to enter data into a tracking system to ensure the routes are planned correctly.

You will be working within a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines so working as a team is key with this role.
