Recruiting immediately for an organised Maintenance Assistant to join an established business with a family feel culture based in Methwold, Thetford.

Keeping the grounds tidy, front and rear (we have a lot of grounds in the rear) - mowing; plants; weeding; pruning etc.
Keeping all fencing; gutters; signage; building exteriors and outside of windows washed and looking tidy.
Keeping all patios and outdoor furniture clean and in good order.
Cleaning cars as and when necessary.
Chopping firewood.
Occasional help in the Workshop with cleaning engine parts etc. - particularly in winter when there is less to do outside.
Other project work as and when.

Has an eye for cleanliness and order.
Can work on their own initiative.
Preferably has some understanding of plant care.
Can turn their hand to a number of projects.

Rate Of Pay:

£12.50 Per Hour
