Road & Ocean Exports Operator

Job Role
• Liaising with customers to arrange transport / bookings
• Processing bookings via shipping line platforms
• Key account assistance - taking on house accounts to develop and retain
• Full training on booking system
• Export pricing - this includes LCL, FCL, Cross Trades
• Training on export airfreight shipments - start to finish
• Dealing with overseas agents / customers for bookings / pricing

Requirements
• Understanding of CNS / Destin8 & Good trade tariff knowledge
• Good organisational skills & ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of export documentation processes - bills of lading, EUR1’s, Chamber Documents, L/C’s
• Knowledge of export pricing - LCL groupage, full loads, cross trades
