• Tenant screening and application management:

• Property viewings and presentations:

  Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and addressing any inquiries.

• Lease negotiation and agreement preparation:

  Negotiate rental terms with tenants, draft and finalize tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

• Tenancy management:

  Oversee the move-in process, collect security deposits, manage rent payments, and address tenant concerns throughout the tenancy.

• Maintenance coordination:

• Liaise with contractors and landlords to address property maintenance issues reported by tenants

Profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with landlords and tenants
• Strong understanding of property market trends and local regulations
• Proven sales and customer service abilities to generate leads and convert them into tenancies
