Our client is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of House and Grounds Supervisor. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach to overseeing the maintenance of the Manor Estate, with occasional travel to other locations as necessary. Candidates must possess physical fitness and hold a valid UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities - Estate Grounds and Properties Supervisor

Maintaining the grounds and properties to the highest standards.
Providing leadership and direction to a small team of maintenance personnel.
Coordinating with external contractors as needed.
Occasionally assuming key holder responsibilities and responding to estate emergencies outside of regular working hours.
Qualifications & Requirements - Estate Grounds and Properties Supervisor

Proficiency in operating and maintaining plant machinery, including relevant certifications such as a chainsaw certificate.
Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance of mowers and garden machinery.
Basic proficiency in plumbing and electrical repairs.
Experience in weed management, including relevant certifications (P1 and P6 spraying).
Must be self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
