Clerk of Works - Stevenage

Salary - £45k DOE

Working hours - 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Clerk of Works - TXM recruit are currently looking for a Clerk of Works to join on an pharmaceutical project for a Facilities Management company in Stevenage. This role is Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and will be full time at this location.

The Clerk of Works will be overseeing all works and ensuring everything meets the relevant British standards, site specific rules and procedures. The Clerk of Works will also support with H&S training, safety tours, and correcting any shortfalls highlighted by the client or audits.

This Clerk of Works role is offering £45k per year depending on experience along with 25 days holiday + BHs. For this role you will need NEBOSH (if you are already working towards this then we can consider), knowledge of H&S in construction/facilities management environment and experience in permit to work systems. Working in a pharmaceutical environment is advantageous.
