Salary: £24500 - £26000/annum pro rata

Our client is looking for an Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support their team in Guildford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a customer-focused mindset and solid administrative experience to join a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team

* Producing document packs for use by Practice Groups

* Preparing court bundles and assisting with file preparation for costs assessments

* Keeping client-specific records updated accurately.

* Undertaking basic Land Registry searches.

* Handling Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).

* Checking Companies House for company registration details, addresses, and director information.

* Supporting compliance processes including client due diligence, conflict checks, and AML procedures.

* Creating and maintaining files, with an understanding of key documentation.

* Managing internal and external post and arranging couriers when required.

* Logging and recording documents via the Practice Management System.

* Handling file closures, archiving, and retrieval processes.

* Conducting legal searches as requested by relevant team members.

* Photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and general filing tasks.

* Assisting the Finance team with the processing of receipts, cheques, and bills.

* Updating internal intranet pages.

* Carrying out any additional administrative tasks required by the team.

* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

* A minimum of 6 months' administration experience

* GCSEs (or equivalent) graded A to C, including Maths and English

* Solid customer service experience and a strong service-oriented work ethic

* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

* Clear and professional communication skills

* A proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of team collaboration

* Ability to adapt and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
