This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Architectural practice's who operate nationwide and across a broad range of sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technician to hit the ground running on a range of projects for their Fordingbridge studios.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need to have strong experience as a technician post completion of an architectural degree. The successful individual will need to be proficient with Revit, as well as being able to demonstrate strong UK building regulation knowledge and be client facing. Job running experience and strong attention to detail is crucial.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree within Architectural Technology or Architecture
• Strong post qualification experience within a UK based practice
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Strong UK building regulations knowledge
• Excellent technical knowledge of NBS and the construction industry
• Experience of job running
• Experience leading on projects across a range of sectors
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience working alongside clients, contractors, and other consultants
• Live within a commutable distance to Fordingbridge
