Position Overview:

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality education for our client schools in the absence of their regular classroom teachers. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across Key Stages 1-2, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in a variety of classrooms and schools, further developing your teaching skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

* Delivering lessons to students across Key Stages 1-2, following the school's curriculum and schemes of work.

* Adapting instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

* Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation.

* Managing behaviour effectively, following the school's behaviour management policy.

* Providing constructive feedback to students, promoting their academic and personal growth.

* Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.

* Keeping accurate records of student progress and completing required paperwork.

Requirements:

* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

* Experience teaching across Key Stages 1-2 in primary schools.

* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and establish positive relationships with students and staff.

* Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one.

* Availability to work on short notice and flexible schedules.
