Our client is looking for Building Surveyor to be based in Manchester.

This position is ideal for a somebody 2 years PQE

The role will involve carrying out all different types of surveys across education and commercials sectors with the majority of the work being asset management surveys.

Car allowance of £4500 per annum plus excellent benefits

Pay is £35000 per annum
