Job Description:

My client is seeking a skilled CNC Turner with expertise in Mazak and Mazatrol programming to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to program, set up, and operate Mazak lathes with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate Mazak lathes efficiently and accurately.
Utilize inspection equipment to verify that all jobs meet quality standards and specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise machining.
Maintain a strong attention to detail to deliver flawless products.
Apply knowledge of tooling to select appropriate tools for machining processes.Qualifications:

Proven experience in CNC turning, specifically with Mazak and Mazatrol systems.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with inspection equipment and quality control measures.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of tooling and its applications in CNC machining.
