Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known social housing contractor based in the Hemel Hempstead area who are looking for an Assurance & Risk Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Procure a comprehensive insurance portfolio at competitive rates.
Analyse claims, identify trends, and ensure effective responses.
Liaise with insurers and solicitors for claim resolution.
Manage the relationship with the insurance broker and insurer.
Lead corporate risk management, reporting to the Executive Team and Risk & Audit Committee.
Drive value through procurement in compliance with legislation.
Maintain the Contracts Register and engage in stakeholder management.
Additionally, you'll stay informed about legislative changes and manage the Procurement Officer effectively. Key Knowledge:
