Job Title: PA/Office Administrator
Location: Unit 3 Reads Farm, Dunmow Road, Ongar, Essex, CM5 0NT
Start Date: Immediate

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks (Full-Time, with potential for extension)
Hourly Rate: £12 per hour

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will:

* Learn and understand the nature of the business quickly.

* Manage email correspondence and professionally handle incoming calls.

* Update and maintain inventory via the company website.

* Organise and coordinate all paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently.

* Maintain and update directors' schedules, calendars, and agendas.

* Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements:

* Full UK Driving Licence (essential for the role).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.

* Ability to adapt quickly, show initiative, and take ownership of tasks.

* A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a confident and professional demeanour.
