The Role:

* Reactive and PPM across the region including AHU's, Plumbing, Pipework, Water Management and Plant Rooms.

* Keep clients informed of developments and maintain detailed records of activities.

* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

* Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Level 2 Plumbing/Mechanical

* Proven experience in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.

* Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
