Hospitality Supervisor, KT20 Surrey, Monday to Friday £31k - Immediate Start

Our client is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and attentive Hospitality Supervisor to join their team based at this site in KT20, Surrey.
Working within a corporate company, the hospitality department provides catering and hospitality for meeting, functions and events.

In this role, you will be
* Supporting the Hospitality team with bookings and meeting room reservations
* Managing and checking emails for hospitality requirements and ensuring these are transferred correctly on the hospitality booking sheets
* Confirming bookings to clients as well as dealing with any specific requests
* Working alongside the kitchen to ensure any food requirements are booked
* Overseeing the Hospitality team and working with the General Manager to ensure a high standard of service

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week (daytime)
Due to location, it is advantageous to have your own transport

As a candidate, you will be
* An experienced Hospitality Supervisor or Manager with a work history in Catering & Hospitality
* strong in admin and computer skills - able to use Excel and emails
* Ideally experienced within Catering & Hospitality
* Attentive to detail with an exact and methodical approach
* Able to communicate well with others in a friendly, professional manner
* A strong team player as well as able to use your initiative
* Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
