Our client is looking for Sales and Marketing Consultant to join their Development Consultancy based in their London Head Office.This role principally looks at all aspects of product delivery of new build developments, from detailed design development to marketing plans.The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of clients including Funds, Private Developers, Housebuilders, in addition to coordinating with wider Project teams, from Architects to Design Agencies.This is a diverse role working on residential-led, mixed use developments in various global markets.You will be working alongside a hugely successful team, leading on a number of projects globally, utilising your Consultancy, Sales & Marketing expertise to transact across a number of price points and locations.  Package - circa £45,000 basic salary and £65,000 OTEBenefits - Share options, private medical, market leading pension scheme#LI-LR1
