As an SEN TA, you'll play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Whether you're assisting with Individual Education Plans (IEPs), preparing engaging learning materials, or providing one-on-one support, your contribution will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN learners in the classroom.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
• Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
• Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a classroom TA, preferably supporting SEN learners in mainstream or specialist settings.
• NVQ qualification is ideal, but Unqualified Teaching Assistants (UTAs) with relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting SEN learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
