As the Paid Media Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge PPC and Paid Social strategies, in-depth analysis, and continuous optimization for high-growth direct-to-consumer clients.
The Role: - Strategic Leader: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle of performance-driven PPC and Paid Social accounts, including strategy, activation, optimization, and reporting.
- Expert Consultant: Offer consultancy across attribution, forecasting, analytics, and strategy to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Visionary Support: Work closely with the Growth Director to shape the direction and vision of the department.
- Client Communicator: Lead client communication, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships.
- Team Manager: Manage and mentor 2-3 direct reports, fostering their development and success.
The Ideal Candidate: - Experienced Professional: Over 4 years of experience running and managing PPC and/or Paid Social campaigns.
- Performance-Driven: Expertise in running bottom-of-the-funnel performance campaigns and optimizing towards the ROAS KPI.
- Client Juggler: Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
