About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in SEMH to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This rewarding role offers a competitive salary ranging from £85 to £100 per day, reflecting the invaluable contribution you'll make to our students' lives. As an integral part of our team, you'll provide individualised support to students with SEMH needs, assisting them in overcoming barriers to learning and fostering their social and emotional development. Your role will encompass both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across our primary curriculum.

Application Requirements:

• Genuine passion for supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Relevant experience in a similar educational setting.
• Strong understanding of inclusive education practices.
• Ability to implement strategies for managing challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
• Implement tailored interventions to promote social and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to develop personalised support plans.
