We have been tasked to search the market for the future of Building Services for their existing successful Services Team.

They are a £150m T/O Contractor based in the heart of London, and all there work falls within Zones 1-3. Project will all be Fast Track CAT A/B fit out up to £15m.

You will be involved from early pre construction stages, design, installation through commmisioning and handover. Fully supported by a fully fledged TSM and Services Director.

In return you will see a salary up to £(phone number removed) (DOE) and Bonus Scheme and Package.
