Legal Receptionist/Administrator 

Nuneaton

up to £24,000 per annum, commensurate with experience

We are seeking experienced Legal Receptionist/Administrator to work front of house in a very well-established, highly reputable law firm, in Nuneaton.

The role will involve:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the law firm
• Taking incoming calls and transferring them to the right person
• Taking, and passing on messages
• Assisting clients with general queries
• A range of general administration duties to support the business
• Filing, photocopying and dealing with post
• Ensuring the reception area is kept neat, tidy and welcoming 

Suitable candidates will have

• Previous legal receptionist experience
• Excellent communication skills 
• Experience of working for an SRA regulated law firm
• A sound background in reception and administration 
• Experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

This is a full time permanent job working 9am to  5.15pm Monday to Friday with an hour's lunch break.
