Graduate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings, strategy sessions and key business discussions to learn from and support the Managing Director
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with business goals
• Provide administrative and research support to the MD on key projects
• Manage and lead various projects business projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with company’s strategic objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources and track deliverables
• Report on project progress to stakeholders and ensure the timely achievement of project goals
• Analyse business metrics and provide insights on operational performance
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Managing Director to use in executive meetings for strategic discussions
• Work on streamlining business processes, identifying bottlenecks and prosing improvements to increase efficiency across the organisation
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and enhance cross-functional communication
• Facilitate communication between the MD and internal teams and external partners
• Represent the Managing Director in meetings when necessary and follow up on actionable items
• to ensure business objectives are met.
• Learn leadership and management skills by actively participating in high-level decision-making and team leadership activities.
• Provide input on talent management, organisational design, and employee development initiatives as part of the broader HR and business strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school with a focus on management, marketing or business strategy.

While prior experience is not required any internships or work in project management, marketing or business operations is a plus.

• A passion for digital marketing is highly desirable.
• Understanding of project management principles with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and provide strategic insights
• Ability to understand the broader business objectives and align projects and tasks accordingly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and
• concisely
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leadership and across departments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
