Head of Technical, Kent*
As a result of their continued successful growth, this renowned National contractor is currently seeking a Head of Technical to further re-enforce their accomplished Kent based team. This well-established business has a reputation for building award winning schemes, especially within the public sector.
Suitable candidates must be knowledgeable in the BSR ensuring compliance with both low risk and high-risk buildings. Individuals must be a confident manager as they will oversee a team of Design Managers working on remediation projects. It is therefore essential that applicants have experience managing and mentoring staff whilst also being hands-on in running RC-Framed, residential projects autonomously.
This role would suit Senior Technical or Design Managers with residential or mixed-use experience within a similar developer or main contractor and must be knowledgeable in current regulations, in particular fire regulations, the BSR and Gateway submission criteria.
