Site Manager - Rail / Civil Engineering

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of rail / civil engineering projects including groundworks, drainage, infrastructure, and related works.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations and coordinate teams and subcontractors

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in rail / civil engineering site management

SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), and First Aid certifications

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

HNC/HND or equivalent in construction (desirable)
