HR AdvisorLocation – Remote, however there will be the requirement for national travel to their different sites.Hours - £37.5 Monday – Friday Salary - £32,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor for an organisation based in Leicester, what is great about this role is that it is remote, however, you will be required to travel nationally at times to their different site locations and provide support. This position provides a great opportunity to support regional HR functions within a leading organisation.As the HR Advisor you will report to the Regional HR Business Partner and provide essential guidance, support, and coaching to managers on HR policies and procedures. Acting as a key point of contact, you will build strong relationships across multiple sites, supporting engagement and ensuring consistency in HR practices.This role is ideal for a skilled HR Advisor seeking a remote role with travel opportunities, where you can make a meaningful impact within a collaborative HR team.   • Build strong relationships with managers, HR colleagues, and regional engagement representatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Employee Relations (ER) queries, offering advice and coaching to empower managers in decision-making.
  • Provide support on complex cases, including attending hearings, investigations, and appeals, and work with the HRBP to ensure consistency.
  • Oversee HR processes, documentation, and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies.
  • Advise on absence management and capability cases, including Occupational Health and Drug & Alcohol testing.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions on HR policies and procedures alongside the Learning & Development team.
  • Contribute to change initiatives, policy development, and HR audits to support continuous improvement.
  • Identify HR trends to guide decision-making and promote best practices across the region.
The Candidate
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Organized, customer-focused, and adept at handling ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience providing remote HR support across multiple sites, with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
