The Role:

• Independently manage a caseload of sales, purchases and remortgage matters
• Being a Senior Conveyancer within the team, providing support to others where necessary
• Engage with clients and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Benefit from dedicated new business, file opening, and post-completion support, so you can focus on core transactions

About You:

• 8+ years’ experience in conveyancing as a fee earner
• Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a paper-light environment
• Ability to manage files from instruction to completion
• Open to solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers, or experienced non-qualified fee earners
