Accounts Assistant // Temp // £17.00 per hour // St Leonards On SeaAs an Assistant Accountant, you will work closely with the Senior Accountant to manage billing, credit control, and financial reporting. You will play a vital role in maintaining the school's financial health while collaborating with various teams to improve processes and innovate solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Lead credit control activities, including reporting and action planning.
• Process bank transactions, monthly reconciliations, and month-end procedures.
• Support audit preparations and liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Collaborate on financial system improvements and assist in bookkeeping tasks.
• Provide guidance to the Finance Assistant and handle administrative duties.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 AAT qualification (or working towards an accountancy qualification).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
