Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Between Rotherham (S65 and S63) and Worksop (S81)
Salary: £37,496 per annum

Gi Group are now seeking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to our Public Sector client to work across three sites based in Rotherham, Wath-upon-Dearne, and Worksop. The Marketing Manager will support the Director of Marketing and Learner Recruitment in the delivery of the marketing strategy and action plan for the organisation and effectively lead and manage the marketing team members to ensure optimum performance.

Duties of the Marketing Manager

Operational management of the marketing, digital, website, and graphic design team, ensuring that KPIs are met.
Play a key supporting role in the implementation of the marketing strategy and an associated action plan under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and Learner Recruitment.
Manage and coordinate the planning and rolling out in good time of highly creative, innovative, and targeted recruitment campaigns designed to achieve clearly defined growth targets for each campus and cohort in an increasingly competitive market, working with members of the marketing team to develop offline and online targets.
Manage the analysis and presentation of data from recruitment campaigns to develop appropriate and effective courses of action based on the data to inform and action future campaigns.
Ensure the team provide a constant flow of positive PR opportunities and regular content via online and offline platforms and local and national specialist matter.
Coordinate all subject area and course information for the website and FE/HE Guides, ensuring all marketing tools and platforms are fully up to date and accessible across a range of platforms and marketing outputs, while ensuring the information is accurate and engaging to each target audience.
Manage the learner awards termly and the end of year learner celebration events at each campus with the help of Marketing Officers, as well as supporting with a variety of events, including general open and curriculum taster events, parents' evenings, apprenticeship events, school liaison careers fair and events, as well as graduation, world skills marketing and events, and alumni events, as well as ensuring the marketing staff designated to each campus are there supporting at each of these events.
Role Criteria

Experience held in a senior marketing role.
Track record of success in planning and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
A nationally recognised senior industry qualification e.g. CIPR Diploma or CIM Diploma.
A degree or relevant qualification.
Evidence of a recent and relevant CPD.
Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English or Maths.
