My client are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Field Care Supervisor with at least two years' experience in a care and leadership role, to join there friendly, high performing Care team rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.

Your Roles and Responsibilities as a Field Care Supervisor will
include:
 Manging and leading a team of up to 30 Care Professionals
 Conducting introductions, supervisions, and support visits for Care
Professionals
 Conducting Care Certificate observations, providing medication and
moving and handling support to Care Professionals
 Conducting Client facing Quality assurance and Service Reviews
 Auditing call reports and providing monthly trend analysis
 Auditing electronic eMAR's and remediating any anomalies
 Working effectively with client's, their families, health care
professionals and our community support network to deliver
excellent homecare services

Requirements:
 At least 2 years' experience within the Care Industry
 Level 2 or above, Health and Social Care
 Customer focused & a team player
 Strong organisational and communication skills
 Driving license, own vehicle and within easy commute to
Wandsworth Town
 Provide out of hours covers
 Have right to work in the UK
