We are looking to recruit for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy team in Wimbledon

Working within an inbound call centre the duties of this Customer Service Advisor are:

• Taking inbound customers from customers and third parties
• Dealing with queries
• Queries can range from onboarding, to defaults, to identifying vulnerable customers and more.
• Working together as a team to ensure the fulfilment of all external and internal SLAs
• The team focuses on providing the time to speak to customers for a first time resolution
• Time off the phones to deal with emails, so good written communication skills is a must
