Property Administrator 

Up to £30,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity for anexperienced Property Administrator to join a well-established team in a forward-thinking company, specialising within the Social Housing. This role is for a motivated individual with a good eye for detail and enthusiasm with solid customer services skills.

The role is within a team working alternating weekly shifts of 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm and one Saturday a month on a rota basis (9am-4pm).

A day in the life of a Property Administrator will include:

• Managing a portfolio of up to 1000 rental properties in line with regulations
• Working with internal and external teams to provide a high-quality service.
• Diagnosing and arranging maintenance orders with approved contractors
• Building and managingrelationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords
• Managing escalated customer–related issues and provide key emergency support.
• Handling complaints in a professional manner
• General administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Previous experience in Property Maintenance
• Knowledge of internal housing and able to advise on works required.
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
• Hands on and not afraid to get their hands dirty when needed!
• Confident and with a can-do attitude
• Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
