Office AdministratorBillingshurst£25,000We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our well established and bespoke development client. The role be based in Billingshurst and comes with a salary of £25,000.
Responsibilities for Office Administrator - Obtaining quotes, negotiating, and buying materials for projects.
- Responsibility for all factory vehicles, plant and equipment – including maintenance contracts, insurance and repairs
- Providing administrative assistance to the Factory Manager
- Communicating with suppliers and trades personnel
- Maintaining effective stock control systems and undertaking regular stock takes
- Responsibility for health and safety at the factory
- Preparing all relevant paperwork/documentation for Trade audits
- Monitoring holiday and sickness
Requirements for Office Administrator - Strong organisation and administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to change
- Experience of the construction industry – ideal but not essential
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
- Able to manage workload proficiently
