The firm are looking for a Team Leader to manage a pod of 3 or 4 existing family lawyers. Your workload will be spilt around 50% your own caseload and 50% management duties.

It's likely you're a Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor within family that's frustrated because of a lack of progression opportunities, flexibility or challenge
You'll be comfortable leading your own caseload of finance and children cases
You're ambitious, you want to progress your career and you want to develop
You understand the need for empathy and sensitivity for clients going through an incredibly difficult period
You might be in a senior fee earning role and looking to move into a more managerial position.Benefits
