Are you a strong communicator with exceptional organisational skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a well-established and reputable organisation, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment and Training Administrator to join their team.

As the Recruitment and Training Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for potential licensees, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. You will also play a crucial role in planning and managing the recruitment and training needs of our client's Business Development Managers and Recruitment & Training Executives.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries and provide exceptional support to potential licensees.
Assist Recruitment & Training Executives with administrative tasks and marketing activities to promote our client's brand.
Conduct telephone screenings for potential licensees, ensuring appropriate next steps are taken.
Process application forms and conduct credit checks in compliance with company procedures.
Update relevant platforms with pub letting details and promote opportunities across various channels.
Support the coordination and execution of training courses and e-learning.
Participate in face-to-face interviews with potential licensees.
Collaborate with regional teams and attend industry events when necessary to represent our client professionally.Skills and Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Strong customer service abilities, ensuring exceptional support to potential licensees.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with MailChimp, WordPress, and social media platforms.
Demonstrated flexibility in approach and ability to prioritise effectively.Working Arrangements:
