They are looking for a professional yet friendly individual to join their busy office in Ringwood to provide excellent customer service and be first point of contact for all customers and engineers.

Responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact with all inbound calls coming into the office.
Following up and calling all quotes from domestic MINAs
Supervising an extensive range of job data and applying tasks where necessary.
Manage lead provider sheets and portals.
Chasing domestic quotes sent and left on site.
Undertaking general administrative tasks as required.
What we require from you:
Experience working in a drainage or plumbing industry would be beneficial
Have excellent communication and phone handling skills.
Proficient in using excel, word, PDFs, CRM systems etc.
Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
Be able to interact with customers in a professional, calm and compassionate manner.
Adept to multitasking and working independently in a past faced environment
